Three- to five-year-olds dig, water, and plant seeds in raised beds sized just for little hands. Farmer Beth keeps every task simple and every kid genuinely muddy.
For Valley Sprouts Garden Club
This has become the highlight of our week. after class my kid asked if we could come back tomorrow. Genuinely one of the best activities we've tried in the Valley.
Farmer Beth does a good job keeping everyone engaged. Would love a bit more communication about schedule changes, but my kid is genuinely watering the bed without flooding it.
Farmer Beth is great, and overall we're really happy here. Would love a bit more communication about schedule changes, but my kid is genuinely picking a ripe vegetable without pulling the whole plant.
Disappointed with how this has gone lately. The instructor rotation has been inconsistent lately and it shows in how disorganized some weeks feel. My kid still likes Farmer Beth, but the scheduling needs work.
Farmer Beth has so much patience, my kid begged to sign up for another session immediately after the very first class.
Solid class, kid loves going every week. My kid is slowly naming three vegetables growing in their bed, and street parking can be tight right at pickup, but we've never circled more than a couple minutes. Only reason it's not five stars is the class can feel a little crowded some weeks.
