Breakpoint Tennis Academy has been teaching Westside kids to rally, volley, and love the game since it opened its Sunset Park courts. Small class sizes mean every junior gets personal feedback from a USPTA-certified coach, whether they're swinging a racquet for the first time or prepping for tournament play. Water breaks, sunscreen reminders, and a lot of high-fives are part of the deal.

Disappointed with how this has gone lately. We had two classes cancelled with almost no notice and it threw off our whole week. My kid still likes Coach Elena, but the scheduling needs work.
It's fine — kid enjoys it but I've seen better organized programs. It's a fine option in the neighborhood but nothing that's really wowed us yet.
This has become the highlight of our week. after class my kid talked about it the whole car ride home. Genuinely one of the best activities we've tried on the Westside.
This has become the highlight of our week. the small group size means my kid actually gets individual attention. They're actually rallying instead of chasing every ball now and so proud of it.
It's fine — kid enjoys it but I've seen better organized programs. My kid still enjoys it and is slowly keeping score on their own, but a couple of classes have been cancelled last minute with short notice.
Decent class overall, a few things could be smoother. Group sizes have crept up lately and it shows. Parking on the street can be tight right at pickup, but we've never circled more than a couple minutes. Kid still likes going, so we'll stick with it for now.
It's fine — kid enjoys it but I've seen better organized programs. Group sizes have crept up lately and it shows. Weekend parking gets crowded but there's usually a spot within a block. Kid still likes going, so we'll stick with it for now.
This has become the highlight of our week. my kid went from nervous to actually rallying instead of chasing every ball in just a few weeks. Drop-off line moves fast even when the lot is full. We'll be back every session.
Coach Elena is nice enough, though communication about schedule changes could be better. My kid still enjoys it and is slowly serving overhand, but a couple of classes have been cancelled last minute with short notice.
Solid class, kid loves going every week. My kid is slowly hitting a real forehand, and drop-off line moves fast even when the lot is full. Only reason it's not five stars is the class can feel a little crowded some weeks.
